Paul M. Warner is a retired Chief United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Utah, where he served from 2006 to 2020 after a distinguished career in public service. A native of Salt Lake City, Judge Warner earned his B.A. in English (1973), J.D. (1976), and M.P.A. (1984) from Brigham Young University. His professional journey in
Paul M. Warner is a retired Chief United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Utah, where he served from 2006 to 2020 after a distinguished career in public service. A native of Salt Lake City, Judge Warner earned his B.A. in English (1973), J.D. (1976), and M.P.A. (1984) from Brigham Young University. His professional journey includes six years as a Navy JAG trial lawyer, 25 years in the Utah Army National Guard (retiring as Colonel), nearly seven years as an Assistant Utah Attorney General prosecuting major cases such as the Hi-Fi Murders and Arthur Gary Bishop murders, and over seven years as United States Attorney for Utah (1998–2006), where he led counterterrorism efforts post-9/11, Olympic security planning for the 2002 Winter Games, and innovative immigration enforcement. Appointed to the federal bench in 2006, he helped establish the nation's first federal veterans’ treatment court and continued teaching criminal trial practice as an adjunct professor at BYU Law School. A dedicated family man, military veteran, and civic speaker, Judge Warner has received numerous accolades, including the Legion of Merit, election as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and recognition for his lifelong commitment to justice, professionalism, and community service.

With a career dedicated to advancing ethical practice, clinical training, and community impact, she has presented at numerous national and international conferences, sharing insights on social work values, field education, and professional development.
She has authored multiple articles published in respected professional journals and secured several competitive grant awards to support innovative programs and research initiatives. Her commitment to governance and service is evidenced by her roles as a board member on six professional and community organizations, where she has contributed to policy, ethics, and strategic direction.

Jason was born in Whittier California. He lived in California until he was 12. He moved to Phoenix Arizona until he was 19. He then served a mission in the Chile, Santiago South Mission. His parents moved to Brandon Florida while on his mission so he returned home to Florida. After a few months he started college at the BYU Jerusalem Center. After a semester in Jerusalem he attended BYU in Provo Utah. He received his bachelor’s degree in Family Science. After graduation he began working in the substance abuse field and became a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (Today it's known as ASUDC). He worked in the Utah State Prison as a counselor. While working at the prison he became a Certified Mediator. He got his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. He has worked in the substance abuse world for 23 years. He has worked in several residential programs as the Clinical Director including an all-women's facility. He then spent one year working in the 10 Nursing Homes in Utah County during Covid-19. He now works as the supervisor of the children and youth crisis team for Wasatch Behavioral Health responding to children and youth who are in crisis. He also supervises the hospital liaisons for Utah County getting people in and out of the psych wards and the Utah State Hospital. He is married and has 7 children (5 boys and 2 girls), and 3 daughters-in-law. He wrote a book titled, "The Reality of Perception."

Benée Larsen is the Director of the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Utah Prevention Department. As Director of the NAMI Utah, Benée works with and supports local organizations throughout Utah to implement and evaluate suicide prevention and mental health promotion strategies, and provides grant funding to these organizations. She also taught for Nike, and other large corporate fitness programs and small fitness centers.
She has been married to Tony for 36 years and they have four kids and 2 grandkids.
